The first qualifying session of the weekend took place in cloudy weather, although the track remained dry throughout.
Once again, the timesheets at Oschersleben were topped by Michelin riders, with a special mention for William Costes (MICHELIN Power Research Team) who produced the session’s fastest lap with a time of 1m 27.531s.
